Our client came to us with a problem, there were a lot of orders being mixed up in his Coffee Shop and the repeat customers were quite low. We recommended creating a cross platform Mobile Application that would allow consumers to place their own orders and allow for management of those orders, along with a brand redesign with a more memorable and meaningful logo. The applications we built were created to keep the ordering process fun and engaging. We used a bright UI and went through many levels of testing to create the most harmonious User Experience. The logo was made to be engaging and relate to our clients business model. The App has completely changed our clients Coffee Shop, his orders and productivity have been higher than ever before. We noted a 112% increase in the number of total orders and a 57% decrease in the amount of mixed up orders since the launch of the application.
