I am Oana Cengher, a Client Support specialist, experienced in remote B2B and B2C environments. Having taught EFL, I have a very good command of both spoken and written English, as well as advanced German. I have diplomas in both languages. For 7 plus years I have worked in a multinational Online Market Research company, first as a Project Manager, then as a Tech Customer Support Analyst, later as a team leader for the same Tech Customer Support department of the company, as a Community Manager for the German market in a remote role and most recently as a Customer Advisor for the Spanish market of Amazon, remotely as well. The past three years I have been on maternity leave (2 years legal leave in Romania) and am now looking forward to a new professional challenge.
