IT Policy
Use of Information Technology resources should be according to mission of college. Accesses to IT resources are provided to eligible users in order to support their duties, business, instruction, studies etc. Users are not allowed to transfer/share their college accounts e.g. access codes, network ids, passwords etc. These accounts allow users to access college IT resources. Different departments and administrative units are free to develop complementary use procedures/policy, but it should be consistent with the IT policy. It should also be consistent with policy of other departments. If information technology resources are used for personal purpose, then it should comply with IT policy. Under no circumstances, there should be violation of law by individual personal user. There should not be conflict/adverse impact on mission activities of college. Resource users are not allowed to get involved in any activity which illegal as per the law of federal/state/local government.
