Capacity PageMac has currently 30 employees at various skill and experience levels. Equal numbers of potential candidates have also been identified and recruitment is in progress. By early July 2007, the total employee strength of PageMac is expected to be around 40 employees. Educational qualification of employees range from Diploma in Technical education to a Degree in Science. Around 30 – 40% of the employees have around 1 – 2 years of experience in the data conversion field. The experienced employees have worked on projects from major Typesetters of South India and have a strong knowledge in HTML, XML, SGML etc. All employees at PageMac have cleared the Lower level typewriting examinations. Overall experience of the employees is • Supervisors – 2 years of experience in handling Markup Language projects from Integra, SPi technologies • Senior Operators – Minimum 1 year experience in handling Markup Language projects • Operators – Keying skills at Lower and Higher Grade level Expertise PageMac can handle projects that are related in the following areas 1. Keying 2. Coding 3. HTML conversion 4. XML conversion 5. SGML 6. Maths Equation We can train up our employees to the specific needs of the customers and can handle other new projects specific to the customer’s need.
