As Director of Pipalia Ltd, Samir has helped change the face of Fast Key Services LTD by instituting an IBM Notes/Domino custom eCommerce fulfillment solution. By leveraging Domino as the core of the solution, Samir was able to help FastKeys create a smarter workforce with greater communication and collaboration between teams, which in turn helped decrease time to delivery for their customer. Samir has been working with many organisations related to Notes/Domino such as McDonalds and Pramerica Systems Ireland, a subsidiary of Prudential. He has also helped smaller start-ups, such as ILS Schools, to manage their entire custom eCommerce business using IBM Notes/Domino.
