I rehired this designer (which revealed to be NOT the designer himself-he outsources projects he's awarded to) after having a pleasant experience with him for files conversion. I soon found out little by little the "extras" that I have to pay on the pretext that it was not stipulated in the project post. Having no knowledge of 3D works, I agreed to do so. I paid him for having rigged the mascot, disputed him for having rendered awful works (some of which were my very own files done by previous artist). Found an agreement to our dispute, he re-did the work and I released the milestone as he progresses. For the past 3 weeks, I have not heard from him despite of reminders that I have e-mailed him. This so-called DESIGNER/ARTIST is unreliable if you require more time consuming design works; he'll do his job but don't expect quality work. What he seeks out to get on Freelancer is quick, easy money. BE FOREWARNED!!!

Although I was nervous working with someone outside the country whom I had never met, this freelancer was always communicative and responded to all my requests and emails professionally.
