Key member of the team that successfully executed the following project Title : B+ Benelux [GUF, Concreto] Description : Billing+ Benelux ASM- This project involved transition of 12 systems from BT and other 3rd party vendors to Tech Mahindra. There are various billing systems, rating systems and order management systems that have to be transitioned and thus brought to be billed under Tech Mahindra account. In BAU it involves Application Support & Maintenance (ASM) / Application Development (AD) as part of Flexi capacity. Key Roles as Application support team member 1. Ensure application availability in the Benelux business hours and maintaining the SLAs as per GSLA. 2. Ensure Daily maintenance and support activity of the application. Doing feasibility study whenever there are any new enhancement requests. 3. Ensure deployment of any new enhancement request. 4. Facilitates effective Impact Analysis and Effort estimations. 5. Conduct review of low level designs, test plans and code. 6. Effectively provide third line support for application including handling faults raised by users and carrying out various proactive maintenance activities, to minimize fault levels. Working with the Application Support Group to determine nature of fault, fault resolution, etc. 7. Ensure that enhancement and maintenance of existing scripts pertaining to application and thereby improving both on business processes and performance. 8. Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming and database. 9. Possesses understanding in the Change Management with knowledge of bridge clarify. Accountabilities  End to End knowledge of Application Support Management  3rd Level Support which includes configuration and deployment activities.  Lead Role in supporting the primary system GUF and responsible for the same  Use of Sybase ASE, SQL developer for Database  knowledge of Unix and Perl scripting  Knowledge of Bridge Clarify for service request and change management  Report generation on daily basis and reporting to the higher management about SLA’s and KPI’s Attended and successfully completed Tech Mahindra’s Initial Training Program where subjects such as UNIX, SQL and PL-SQL were extensively covered.
