Hi, I am from Singapore, graduated with BSc in Computer Science. Previously completed project including a video on demand system (both serverware and clientware) for a local cable tv company, and a SMS payment module for Joomla / Virtuemart, allowing anyone to accept payment via SMS and others projects as well. In addition, I also work for a global MNC bank, handling IT security issues. I specialize in helping clients whom often select bidders which always over-promise but fail to deliver. I trust you to understand what I'm saying, if you outsource projects to offshore freelance companies often. If you have any projects currently assigned to other freelancers but am not satisfied with the quality of work or have been held ransom by freelancers unless you agree to pay more, please contact me as well, as I'll be able to work out a subsidized / cheaper rate to help you finish up your project as long as your base work was done earlier. My fees are inexpensive, as you're dealing primarily with me, and I don't have high overhead cost unlike other companies / freealancers. However, that does not mean that you'll be paying for substandard services, as per reflected in my job experience and technical expertise which should provide a reasonable gauge of my competency level.
