New Years at The Strand Ballroom - Sample Poster
The Strand Ballroom would be a venue that evokes a vibe of opulence and so the design for this poster was kept simple yet striking. The background image of the Eiffel tower was overlaid onto a purple background. Thereafter I added the stars to the top of the picture and the fireworks to the bottom. The pictures of the venue were encased in balloon frames reminiscent of balloons that are usually set off at New Years celebrations.

I've worked as a freelance graphic and web designer since 2007. My career began in Toronto, thereafter I moved to Ottawa and most recently I've moved to Nairobi, Kenya and have started a small web and graphic design company.
