Over 20 years experience of data entry, word processing, excel spreadsheets, computer programming in Microsoft products. Microsoft Office skills include Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). I have worked my way up from simple data entry through to managing a skilled team. My responsibilities have covered managing a several million pound budget, liaising with other staff and organisations regarding the management of projects and their prioritisation and timescales, overseeing procurement, complying with various corporate policies and standards as well as legal requirements such as data protection, freedom of information, security, and software licensing. I am able to articulate to all levels and abilities whether it’s the general public, users, technicians, management, or third parties. As part of my career I’ve cultivated an analytical and logical mind which has helped develop and enhance processes to make them simpler and more efficient incorporating best practice strategies.
