RoundMusic is the company of Jonathan Round; a professional freelance classically trained composer, providing services in composition and production of music, specializing in bringing together contemporary music with 'classical' music. I aim to write music as fast as possible, to the highest standard and most importantly to as close to the specific brief given as possible. Whatever the brief is I firmly promise to help realize your brief through music. Past experiences of writing music covers a large field ranging from writing music for mobile phone Apps and games, through to independent films. Working on Apps has given me the opportunity of writing music that loops through a range of times (normally 30 seconds), it has also given me a solid experience of writing unobtrusive background music. Working on independent films has allowed me to experiment in a variety of musical styles, therefore leaving me with a comprehensive knowledge of music technology and theory. There are so many styles of music available to the modern composer I don't believe there is a reason to ignore one style over the other, as long as the style chosen helps to communicate the story and therefore fulfill the brief I have been set.
