Responsibilities Conversion of pdf to Doc, QC, Formatting, TYPING FILES, Patient Number Project. NATURE OF WORK : Here i had done the USA project. They send some old books in pdf format of soft copy . Direct we won't take the print out. Here we are using one software that is ABBAY FINE READER. By using this software we scan the books & save it into the ms word. Then the customer give the some specification like Heading should be 14, sub heading should be 13 & running font should be 12, font is Arial, Times new roman like that, page setup should be A4, paragraph speciation, tab like that. According that specification we change all the fonts & check the spelling and words & change the setup, paragraph & give the 100% accuracy. I left the company almost 3 years completed. i had no example files

i had more than 6 years experience in data entry field. i had 50wpm typing speed. before company give scanned files. we convert those files by using ABBAY FINE READER SOFTWARE and company give some specification according that specification we format those files ex: heading should be 14 page setup should be a4, running size should be 10, paragraph size after before 6, like that according that specification we modify those files and give 100% accracy Nature of Work: Indexing and processing of Invoices. APNI means Accounts Payable Non Inventory project and we use SWAN Software (Standard Workflow Application for Invoice Navigation. In my project company alert the 5 countries for our team. They are Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia & Phillipines. The entering fields in swan software is ? Invoice date ? Bline date ? Invoice Number ? Vendor Address ? Gross Amount ? Tax ?
