PROFILE ________________________________________ Professionally qualified as a Product Training Manager and Beautician, I have more than 10 years of Merchandising, Selling and Buying experience and am accomplished in all areas of customer service. I am a confident person and communicate clearly and accurately. I build strong relationships with my work colleges in order to achieve the best from my team. My enthusiastic out look to all tasks and challenges set in front of me has always allowed me to have a positive mental attitude. This enables me to research out all factors relating to a problem before providing a solution. I am accommodating to both newness and change, as well as receptive to feedback and criticism to help improve both my knowledge and skills. My approach to work means that I am a quick learner and can work under my own initiative successfully. I believe good time keeping plays a key role in the success of any job. I started my freelance business over 12 months ago in order to provide virtual support to businesses. As a freelancer I offer a variety services which include PA Support and Correspondence, Data Entry and Invoicing, and Presentations and Spreadsheets. These services allow businesses to maximise their profits by giving them back valuable time to concentrate on their core business, while I take over peripheral functions. At the heart of every business lies core activity, often requiring sensitive care and attention. Supporting this core activity are people and needs which have to be responsive and are ultimately critical to the business. At 'not just nine 2 five' my responsive solutions enable clients to be more successful by improving their profitability through greater efficiency. Enhancing their client experience, through personal care and attention and delivering professional representation and image, as well as supporting the everyday business in many ways. My aim is to provide businesses with an approachable service, support and assistance across a range of areas, which will ultimately allow businesses to respond to clients in a more efficient, responsive and impactful way. Businesses benefit by spending less time on routine day to day tasks. They save money compared to employing someone full time. It allows businesses to capture more opportunities and look bigger and more professional.
