I started working as a agent in a softwarehouse which mostly worked in outsourced projects. My duties job required to provide content to different websites based in US and to do data entry jobs which came on the way. Later on I was made Team Leader of the team I was working as a agent. I was required to be in contact with other teams and made sure that the projects are completed on time with quality. Due to the complexity of the projects I was in direct contact with the clients which were normally based in US and was reporting directly. I worked for two years and gained a lot of experience and developed skills, such as to meet the deadline and work with different people and to motivate them to that the quality is assured. I have worked on many areas regarding web development and data entry which included installing osCommerce, Zen Cart and Jhoomla. I developed websites with the help of the web developers and maintained them by providing the content and updating the product line ups. During my time, I also did a lot of SEO projects on many websites.
