Licence Plate Recognition By Raspberry Pie and Python
This project receives License Plate Recognition (LPR) photos via FTP from a camera. We need to process a log of these files, test each log entry for validity, generate an EPOCH timestamp for each, and generate a HASH of the plate number to anonymize the data, and then upload to a cloud service via their ingestion API.
