Many rollover images in one

I'm designing a menu for a website and need to make it so that when you hover in certain spots of the image, the whole image changes, I need to have six spots. I have attached an image illustrating the hover changes, you'll see that when you hover on a circle, the circle changes and so does the image of the girl in the center and so on. The html or/and ccs needs to work on all browsers, smartphones and tablets Please do ask questions for more clarifications.
About Me
If a country is to be corruption free and become a nation of beautiful minds, I strongly feel there are three key societal members who can make a difference. They are the father, the mother and the teacher.
