Project Experience At Multimedia University (January 2000 – October 2000) Involved in the design, implementation, and construction of a robotics arm project for the subjects of Robotics and Automation in the second year. My final year project involved predicting the electrical behavior of semiconductor devices and providing insight into the internal physical mechanism associated with device operation. The project title is “Modelling of Advanced Semiconductor Devices” with my device’s specification as Heterostructure Bipolar Transistor (HBT). In this project, we learned “Silvaco”, a device simulation program. Working Experiences At UMW Aerospace Sdn. Bhd. (Feb’22 – July'23) UMW Aerospace manufactures and assemble fan cases for the Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 and Trent 7000 engines, which are used in the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Airbus A330neo respectively. Asst Manager Planning & Procurement 1) Overall responsibility for the management of the supply chain including production planning, material planning, and procurement activities. 2) Preparation of machine Load & Cap minimum for 5 years timely based on the latest forecast and presented to the management for approval. At Adient Automotive Seating (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Feb’21 – Feb’22) Adient is an automotive seats manufacturer (Honda, Proton, Nissan, Volvo and Mercedes-Benz). Material Planner 1) Plan materials for fabrics and sewing for Honda, Nissan, and Proton according to the customer’s production plan and forecast. 2) To plan, forecast inventory, and release delivery instruction (DI) to meet production requirements. At D&K Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd. (Jan 2019 – May 2020) D&K specialize in printing sub systems such as print heads and ink bag manufacturing. As a Senior Planner 1) Receive PO and forecasts from customers. 2) Communicate with the Order Fulfilment team for order, forecast, and shipment schedule. 3) Plan materials purchase according to customer forecast. 4) Monitor material availability and work closely with the buyer to make sure material is sufficient to run production and at the same time control inventory level in the warehouse. 5) Issue Shop Orders to production and warehouse on time according to customer orders. At TDK Lambda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (May 2012 – Dec 2018) TDK is a power supply manufacturing company. Senior Executive Planning (May 2012 - Feb 2014) Production Planning 1) Communicate with customer for order, forecast and shipment schedule. 2) Monitor material availability and work closely with buyer to make sure material is sufficient to run production. 3) Plan production loading according to customer requirement. 4) Work closely with warehouse and logistic to make sure shipment on time to customers.
