Presently I am a professional Customer Service Representative for a major manufacturing firm in Illinois. Job duties include answering phones, processing customer orders, handling complaints, issuing credits, coordinating local deliveries, fleet upkeep, supervise three drivers, manage fuel costs and cards, submit payroll and provide reports on activity to my supervisor.
I have been to numerous seminars and classes focusing on the area of customer service and time management.
I am self-taught and a fast learner. I am also loyal and dedicated to my employers or clients. I will do my absolute best and strive to keep it that way.
