Working as a Business Development manager for a leading Campaign Provider in the zone with the biggest outsourcing companies across the nation as well as abroad.My client base involves outsourcing companies in India, Africa, Gulf as well as East Asian countries like Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan etc.Basic role involves providing sales and post sales support to the clients on line and off line both. Project Management Handling overall operations for executing projects involving scoping, resource mobilization, and execution within various cost & time parameters. Monitoring / tracking projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects. Conducting project closure meetings and addressing all the important issues. Defining best practices for project support and documentation.
