We had a promising start to the project with a brief that looked appealing for myself and my clients. The website I had in mind demanded a much higher individuality and quality that sowebs were able to give for the price so I am now left with a half completed website with no functionality and a lot of work still to be done. I have hired someone from elance.com to finish the job. Easily the worst thing about this company is their sheer lack of communication, sometimes weeks at a time without a response, during a time where i really needed support and when my business was under pressure to have a website complete. The designer has trouble following direction and acting on tasks that I had set, while completely ignoring any request that is too difficult or time consuming. A pain in the neck that I didn't need, much time and money wasted on this half built website that for some reason, doesn't even open on internet explorer, don't expect yours too either. Look elsewhere.
