Stress Stress can be defined as someone’s emotional, mental, and physical reaction to forces that are impinging on them be it real or imagined and may be coming from the environment and from within the person. Stress (My God!)is a natural and normal occurrence and everyone experiences some form of stress throughout their lifetime. Some amount of stress is necessary for us to live a normal life but too much stress can have very serious repercussions. There are a number of symptoms of stress including memory loss, moodiness, agitation, (Oh! Jesus)!! inability to concentrate, impatience, backaches, loss of sex drive, and little sleep. These signs should never be ignored and steps must be taken to address the problem of stress. Stress The definition for stress is the pressured reaction of the mind, emotional activity and body toward the imaginary or real events that could affect either one or all of them, arising from inside or outside of a person. At different period of one’s life, it is but natural that anyone would be bound to experience this stress. Although a heavy load of consistent stress means certain death and much worse to people left living, a little bit of stress here and there in life is actually necessary, for people to lead a normal life. The signs one has to carefully look out for would be several, but most important out of them are, out-of-focus concentration, forgetfulness, sullenness, anxiety, edginess, troubling-back, reduced libido, and lack of sleep. Ignorance or overlook of these danger signals is never a good idea and all necessary actions have to be taken to confront this crisis, called stress.
