Based on the interviews conducted Critical Internal Processes (CIPs) and Jobs of greater strategic importance i.e Strategic Job Families (SJFs) identified. A Recruitment model proposed which translate mission of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) into recruitment to ensure quality education right from hiring faculty.
