Capacity Management template
This is a template where we can plan the capacity for the required work to be done. In this template when we enter the no of volumes to be processed and the required speed (RPH -Rate Per hour ) it will forecast the duration and the headcount(FTE - Full Time Employee) as a result. Like this we can get an average volume and RPH ( last 3 or 6 months average volume and RPH) and apply in this template we can forecast the actual no of Employee's we need to complete the work)
