• Design and create assembly drawing and make the bill of materials, detail drawing for work at shop/site. • Monitoring the supervisor’s activity and check the quality of the job is maintained. • The promoting of quality and safety on the project in consultation with the quality assurance manager and safety manager. Demonstrate behaviours which promote a safe work environment in all aspects of the job. • To approve all the Welding Procedure Qualifications and to perform the PQR. • To go through the tender documents and supplying inputs for the contract agreements between the company and its subcontractors whereby the company interests are protected and income optimized. • Monitoring the contractor’s activity and maintaining the quality of work executed by them on the time period allotted. • The maintaining of close coordination with Client throughout the project to ensure satisfactory reaction to Client’s needs or comments. • To perform the welder test for the welding purpose specified (ASME Sec IX). • To inspect the incoming material and check that all the test and specification are in accordance with client needs. • Inspection and checking of fabricated material for an effortless fit at the erection or construction site. • Inspection of welding done by the welders and applying various tests confirming the best quality of welding is done. • Monitoring the supervisor’s activity and check the quality of the job is maintained. • The promoting of quality and safety on the project in consultation with the quality assurance manager and safety manager. • Coordinate management and technical decisions.
