I enjoy working in the technology industry consulting on sales and the sales process, implementing a CRM like Salesforce to manage sales teams and training new hires to be successful. Implementing a process is the key to success for the company and the team. I have also been involved in the non-profit sector assisting with development and events for many years. From that enthusiasm and attention to detail on those projects, a consulting gig was born. Groups have asked me to assist them with the "brainstorm" to create a new and exciting event as well as the execution. It's so rewarding to help an organization reach its goals.
