During my career, I have demonstrated an exceptional ability to meet organizational objectives and demands. I have just completed the requirements for my Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology. The Instructional Design and Technology Program have taught me how to apply theory, research, creativity, and problem-solving skills in learning and training. In addition, this program has given me the skills to assess, create, and manage training materials. Furthermore, I exhibit excellent customer service and administrative skills. I am considered to be an expert in Microsoft Office. Additionally, I am a skilled Web and Graphic Designer, PC Technician and Application Trainer.
