Tirth I.

We are a team of 2 lawyers and have graduated from a prestigious law school in India. We currently run a small paralegal service firm and wish to widen our horizons by taking up more freelance work. We are proficient at drafting and vetting agreements and policies through our experiences at various law firms and training and at law school. I have worked closely on negotiating, drafting and vetting different agreements, policies, terms and conditions etc. I also am proficient at customer service, summarisation and transcription work due to my experiences working as a freelance paralegal with Attorneys from USA. I am also pursuing a diploma in mergers and acquisitions. My partner has experience with SAAS, drafting and vetting agreements including NDA, different policies, etc and has worked closely on their Intellectual Property issues. She is also currently preparing for CIPP/e certification for data protection. We have been involved in extensive legal research while pursuing law as well as at our respective places of internships. We can handle paralegal work including but not limited to document review, summarisation of documents and negotiating, drafting and vetting legal documents such as employee contract agreements and NDAs, Share Holders Agreements, Lease Deeds etc , Legal research.
