Description
Conzerv order system is a web-based application that includes Indent management for Sales engineer, Regional Manager, National Sales Manager, Sales support and Finance.
It will enable the users to manage the indents efficiently. The users are Sales Engineers (SE), Regional Managers (RM), National Sales Manager (NSM), Sales Support, and Finance. The sales engineers create an indent and sends to RM, RM then Accept/Reject the indent. The indents accepted by RM will sent to NSM for further actions. Sales Support take the details of indent accepted by NSM , The indents accepted by Sales Support is being sends to finance. Finance department take the detail for outstanding, if the payment is pending for respective dealer then can reject the indent. Mail triggers upon rejection to the respective associated cycle.
The indent will be completed when Finance had accepted the indent. Then the Sales support will issue the OA date, Dispatch date for the completed indents and the indents are ready to go into factory for Production. Sales Engineers can edit (rectify) all rejected indents and can resend the same to RM for processing.
