Huawei - H3I RO Kalimantan Area Project 1. Meeting with customers to establish their needs. 2. Coordinate with project team and customer due RO problem. 3. Coordinate with Team Leader and subcon to ensure good result and establish customers needs. 4. Process Site Performance Data (KPI BSC level and cell level) for ZTE Redeploy and submit to Huawei Headquarter (HQ). 5. Check alarm everyday for (a) SSV plan (new site and additional sector) (b) escalate site problem due to alarm to BSS team (c) justify KPI problem. 6. Monitoring and coordinate with DT Team Leader due SSV activity to ensure good result (Check Alarm, Site Status (Block / Unblock), ARFCN, SC, etc) 7. Provide NTLTarget 2G-3G SSV Tracker CSKCEK to related parties every morning. 8. Provide and Maintaining KPI consistency of BSC Level, RNC Level and cell Level. 9. Unblock and Block sites after get approval from customer and change it from testing mode to normal mode. 10. Checking and coordinate with planning team about ARFCN and SC of new site to avoid co-channel and adjacent channel interference. 11. Checking and ensuring valid parameter for new site. 12. Ensuring neighboor relation for HOResel 2G to 2G, IRAT Reselection 2G to 3G, 3G-3G, and 3G-2G. 13. Monitor L0 KPI all unblocked site every day until Pass and Create L0 KPI certificate and submit document to Headquarter. 14. Optimize site which have not reach L0 KPI. 15. Escalate to related part if site have problem, like alarm, hardware issue or site down. 16. Submit 2G/3G HWI LAC-CI registration for new site and additional sector. 17. Submit 2G ZTE Redeployment LAC-CI registration. 18. Checking for LAC-CI after registration.
