I have a graphic designer and programmer working on 1 site and wanting much more sites. my graphics designer is amazing and works efficent/fast. the problem im having is programming and may require another programmer to replace or join the team. I need a project manager to keep on the programming part and find the best way to proceed with potential problems. I want to give my vision to my assistance and require my assistant to make it happen. this is just one project thats been taking over 4 months in the making and I have other projects I want to start and finish. I never had a online assistant before and I dont know what to expect. im a very busy person during the day running a store in canada so this is why I want to rely all my thoughts to one person since I dont have time to follow up myself. for now I think part time work will be suited but it can turn into full time.
