TQtech (the worker) was forfeited from the arbitration for providing inaccurate information. They alleged that the 100% complete work was uploaded to the vworker site while it was not. Therefore they were given a rating of (-3). TQtech agreed in their Worker Contract to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. TQtech did not do so. Krautshooter (the employer). had released 50% of the funds. All remaining funds in escrow were returned to Krautshooter (the employer).
