I'm 68 and have been involved in computers since the inception of the PC. At the end of 2003 I was downsized from my company. I decided to use my computer skills to start over. I have been designing web sites for real estate professionals and real estate firms for the past 4 years. I have also designed private web sites for artists, which displays their work. Part of my business is keeping the sites I design updated. In my designs I keep as much fluff out of the design as possible. I have found that the majority of web surfers and searchers just want to know what you have. You will notice a large amount of sites that used to make you wait until their flash was complete have added the "Skip Intro" button. People just click off when they see that...NEXT site!
