ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND I received my Master degree in Microwave Engineering from Technical University of Munich, Germany; and Diploma degree in Linguistics from Southern Federal University, Russia. I received DAAD/Siemens Scholarship Award in 2005, and Special Award for personal and professional contribution to TanDEM-X mission (from DLR e.V., Astrium GmbH, and Infoterra GmbH) in 2010.
