I founded MinusTwo Productions,a production house offering media solutions to various clients largely consisting of students and small organizations. We are primarily offering videography,video editing,graphic designing and photography services alongwith brand management for emerging startups. Tasks/Accomplishments: • Devising marketing strategies for small businesses • Brand Development • Leading and managing a team of 5 people working remotely on project based basis. • Created policies which regulate the different aspects of the business such as the invoice system,budgeting,employee commission,pricing structure etc • Dealing and negotiating with clients and suppliers • Technical work i.e videography,photography and graphic designing.
