He reported the project finished and wanted to be paid. I reviewed the work and found that 1 of 6 book indexes was not finished (only went to the letter R in the alphabet). One book had most of the pages entered into one cell of the spreadsheet which strongly suggests that it was done using OCR even though I specifically outlined that I required manual entry. None of this would be a problem if visraprojects would have responded to my queries after but he ignored my skype messages and emails. I will never ever use this freelancer again, rather sticking with those that I trust to do the work and communicate.
