I have been the director of Working Cafe in Spain and Keanad Ltd in Malta since 2007. I have started working in commercial advertising design and brand creation from my bedroom at the age of 16 (nine years ago) which has led me to start up a technical communications agency in Malta. The business flourished in a rapid pace (think of it as a flower plant in a greenhouse). To date I have expanded the operation and setup an office in the U.K., Mallorca and Barcelona with team members in Spain, Malta and India. I understand that my business kept growing to one simple factor which is the fact that every customer (all 1700 of them) knows me and communicates with me at all times. My customers are not forced to abide by new account executives on every contract, they know me and I know them and this has lead me to never lose one client even on the busiest days.
