Title: SMS based Warrantee Management System. Client: Rahimafrooz Batteries Ltd. Bangladesh Description: when a customer purchase a product from dealer, company give 1 year warranty with each product. for avail this warranty, customer should send an SMS to a specific number with the product ID (printed in product box). After successfully processing the SMS, a confirmation SMS send to the customer number. There are 2 part of this application. 1. Windows service for processing SMS 2. Web part for managing business logic and reports.
