I am pursuing certification of chartered accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. As part of my certification, I have done three and half years of internship in a chartered accountant firm in Pakistan. During the internship period, I have carried out following diversified tasks: • Preparation of financial statements as per the requirements of IFRS. • Planning different audit engagement and review engagements in line with ISAs. • Understanding the business cycles, internal controls system and identification of risky areas. • Carrying out audit execution of assigned account heads. • Carrying out Test of Controls and Substantive Audit Procedures • Drafting auditors’ report on different audit engagements and review engagements. • Installation and implementation of Inventory, Point of Sale and General Ledger Modules • Customization in modules as per clients’ requirements. • Financial analysis and valuation of businesses
