None of the employee is allowed to work more than the shift. Our system is designed in such a way that in total 6 hour of service, all the interface shut down on the 5 hour 55 minute time, and starts on exactly the 6th hours. So every employee has enough time to take his/her positions in front of the workstations. Though most of the employees are contractual, but they are still given two festival bonuses every year other than the general increment process. That is why every employee has a high level of moral in the work place and we have the confidence to assure you that there is no word called “UN DONE”
