  this one is great. i like the big ben. but can you maybe change two things:
  
  1) change the colors -- the diagram that you have is very grey / black. Could you use some of the blue and green that is in the attached screen shot?
  
  2) Could you add the text "containers" around the "marketing program" and "program successes" such as those that you have in #8 and #21 .
