Hi there! I understand from your description that you want hire someone to animate your music video, so for my entry, i rendered few visual representation how your music video/animation could look like. Honestly i better prefer some specular like materials for ground texture. So i will describe each image : 1.png - i simply used tile texture for floor plane and added yellow illumination to the cube edges. 2.png - yellow light is darkening out 3.png- visualization with blue light. 4.png- blue light is darkening out 5.png- red light with different angle 6.png- green light and putting cube on floor 7.png- without glare and bloom effect(but i honestly prefer with bloom and glare) 8.png- larger lens from 36mm to 15mm 10.png- your suggested grid, and box have black diffusion material, so it doesn't reflect it's own light. 11.gif rough animation render(this animation is just visualization, on camera movement and light changing, visualization is randomly animated, it's not synced)

i would say lets start with more ideas closer to #10. also remember that along the edges they can be more then 1 color or have many effects. don't just have the sides be all bright with color. also in lighting effects it is more impactful to have periods of dark light. just like in music Beethoven said "let the silence get loud" this means that you can attract more attention if its not too much loud noise "with lots and lots of colorful lights" strobe, flash and smooth blending and motion is just as important as periods of darkness. Hope this helps give you more ideas

Hello, thank you for making many variations. the look i am going for is more like #10. The grid however i would like to look further away. so the box looks higher in the environment. The grid should always be like grey lines in the dark space. I don't want to focus to much on the grid i just want it to be there as a subtle reference that this box is in space some where. also when the camera moves around the slight grid background helps to give some more illusions while the camera is moving around the object.
