This is the best design up to now. It is indeed clean and prefessional. Few remarks, could the word 'juwelenshop' be a little more emphasized somehow? maybe extend that line over the whole width (maybe under the diamond too). Also maybe, a dash of shadow under the logo to give it a floating look (not a drop shadow) or maybe even a slight reflection?
