That's a pretty good logo I must say ! The woman looks like lifted up from the frame. I'm wondering if it could have more impact by turning slightly the woman and frame toward the viewer, and showing the other arm - what do you think ? Also I'm wondering about the rectangle at the bottom of the frame, it makes it look like a Polaroid instead of wall frame. My last comment is about the font, it has too much serif and give a too serious/traditional image to my company.
