  Very nice, I like where you're going with this. Question, why is the members list the focus? Or is this the members list page? Otherwise, yeah the main page should have the attributes listed in the document, all of them. The member's list shouldn't be the main focus. Also what does the two icons next to the group name do? Otherwise, I like where you're going with this.

     Reward systems are two parts. First is the points which you receive for doing things like getting a task done, checking into chapter, etc. And then the 2nd part is the involvement scale (10-100%) which basically means how involved you are in the group. Hope that helps.
