Karadjordje`s Steak
Karadjordje`s steak is one of the most famous Serbian specialties, consisting of grilled rolled beef or pork stuffed with cream, primarily placed in the scrambled eggs and bread crumbs. It is usually served with tartar sauce, lemon, boiled green beans or French fries. This steak is named after Karadjordje (Serbian Grand Leader), and its author is known as chef Milovan - Mica Stojanovic, who had invented in 1959.
