(REMEMBER THIS CONTEST REGARDS CODING AND WEBDESIGN)

We are looking for a client portal for Wordpress. The design is important but of course the functionality is the main thing. We would not like to create an app but the client portal must be easily accessibly from and IOS or Android. All users in Wordpress should have their own space on our client portal. Ofcourse you need to login to be able to use all the features.

The client portal should have the following features.

1. Welcome page with general information
2. Files
3. Ticket
4. Booking
5. News

Let me clarify each step

1. Just a landing page where you start from, ofcourse this is where you go for all your other services such as Files, news

2. We would like to upload files and put them in different categories,

3. We would to have a simple ticket system for our clients, a way for us to communicate with them. For example if the coffeemaker is broken, the client create a ticket, we can communicate with them and when the coffeemaker is fixed we close the ticket.

4. We are a company that rent out co working spaces. We would like for our clients to be able to book different co working spaces and conference rooms in a simple and effective way! This should be very simple to do from and iPhone/android etc.
As an admin you create different objects that the clients can book, they should be able to book for a day or just a few hours . Each object should have a calendars that shows how much the space is booked

5. News, simple news for our clients, when we generate an article this should be for all our clients and an Email should be produced and sent to everyone with the text.

Well ofcourse we will need to communicate alot more once you are hired but we need to see design examples, we are looking for modern clean look.
