Try to make ghost straight(not upside down) and make his face different than common man and fade that ghost in the background.

Dear its creates a negative feelings but book is actually a self help book, there should be an air of secrecy than a lot of scary. Title font need more elaboration. May be you can change any idea, because i like something about this may be your skill.
