I think from a distance this title is more visible so I think it's better. I am not sure if I am ready to pick a winner yet but I would like to soon. I am also thinking I would like to purchase a runner up drawing as well at some point. Your unicorn, pony, dragon, eagle and your title are definitely the strong part of your picture. The rainbow is pretty good too. I am not sure about much of the background scenery. I am not sure I like how the sunlight comes from behind the castle and has that sort of blinding affect on the castle and causes a lot of shadows int he terrain. I was hoping for a background layout more like the rough sketch I provided. I would like to see a castle with more detailed visibility and a detailed forest area going back toward a detailed view of some mountains. For the Unicorn King horn I would prefer if it were a solid gold color like the color of his necklace. Your royal ornaments for unicorn and pony are really good.
