I see a similarity here. I think they thought more waio allvoice logo. this is personal opinion. sorry if you do not think so :)

hello, could you write voice less bold like in your first version you did in small letters .... the tree lines are a little bit too long... with the thiner letters they will bee shorter. sorry i hope you anderstand what i want to say. thanks a lot
