This is what I believe your page should look like. I researched a little and I added the name of each school and I used the logo for presentation I don't own those logos. The logos will not be part of the package of files I will upload if you choose my design. You must research if you are allowed to use those logos to build your page and I can provide an alternative design that will not contain the logos( ex the school initials for box title and school name instead of logo) The general aspect is based on the main color of your page. Each box on mouse hover changes the color that represents each school further more inside each box there is an aditional hover effect that changes color when the mouse hovers over the student/staff choice.
